Thank you for being here and being a Desiree Adelyne Photography Client.

Before you schedule your sessions, please review package details listed under the "Investment" tab and the policies list, listed below.

-Non Refundable Retainers: All sessions scheduled with require a non-fundable retainer to reserve your session and date. All normal sessions require 25% of fee down, and all Wedding Packages require 30% of package down to hold. All non refundable retainers are required within 72 hours of booking. If you do not pay your non refundable retainer, your sessions date is still available for other clients to book.

-Acceptable Forms of Payment: Check, Cash, Venmo.

-Rescheduling: In the event you need to reschedule your session, a 5 day notice is required to move your non-refundable retainer to a new session date. If you cancel with less than a 5 day notice, your non-refundable retainer will be forfeited, and a new non-refundable retainer will be required to reserve a new session date. In the event of a weather reschedule, it is solely up to Desiree Adelyne Photography on the cancelation due to weather.

-If you miss your session without giving any notice (No Call / No Show), your non refundable retainer will be forfeited, and there will be an additional $50.00 booking fee for the future.

-Lighting & Locations: Both of these are extremely important factors in getting the best photos possible. Some locations are not suitable at certain times of the day or even certain seasons of the year. Because of this, all location / time suggestions will be taken into consideration and I will do my best to work with you, but to achieve my specific style, you may need to be flexible on location and time. I mostly shoot my sessions at Sunrise & Sunset (Golden Hour).

-Mileage / Travel Fees: 65 miles of travel are included into your session fee. Any location / distance that requires more then 65 miles of traveling outside of my home location (443 7th Avenue South, Brownton) will be charged the IRS Standard Mileage Rate of 58.5 cents per mile.

-Session Start Time: PLEASE be on time for your session. Your'e session starts at the agreed upon time in the contract, and the session starts at that time regardless if you're there or not. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your session, your session and payments will be forfeited entirely.

-Poses: All pose suggestions will be taken into consideration, but not all poses will be carried out, or even delivered back to you in your gallery. All photos are are an accurate representation of Desiree Adelyne Photography's work and art.

-Liability: Desiree Adelyne Photography & third party property owners are not reliable for injuries during your session, or during your time on the property outside of the session time. All clients follow poses and prompts with the understanding that Desiree Adelyne Photography is not reliable for any injuries. If you are not comfortable with a pose or prompt, please say so! Be aware or you're surrounding when visiting the beautiful locations for your sessions.

-Turnaround Time: Turnaround time varies depending on the time of the year and the type of session.

*Wedding Turnaround Time: 6-12 weeks

*Wedding Turnaround Time During September / October: 6-16 Weeks

*Mini Session Turnaround Time: Will always be posted at time of booking.

*Regular Session Turnaround Time: 2-3 Weeks

*Regular Session Turnaround Time During September / October: 2-4 weeks]

-Downloading: Taking screen shots of the images from your galley and sharing on social media is not permitted. Please do not print images posted on social media as social media degrades and distorts images. When downloading please download the gallery / image in high resolution.

-Printing: Local Printing Labs like: Walgreens, Target, Walmart, Etc are N O T recommended for printing. At the time of receiving your gallery, I will make recommendations on professional print labs for you to use. Desiree Adelyne Photography is not responsible if your print photos outside of Professional recommendations and the images are low quality, off color, or blurry. Desiree Adelyne Photography is also not responsible for any issues with printing, if the image is not downloaded in high resolution prior to printing.

Thank you for your understanding. Not only am I working while communicating, planning and shooting your session, I am also working while commuting and editing for your session. Supporting a small business comes with the understanding of cancellations mean we don't have the PTO backed up to cover your session fee we rely on when booking your session.
